Committed Property Services was founded in 2023 after being requested to step in and take over management for a portfolio that needed more consistent day-to-day oversight. The properties were being managed by someone who had built a strong foundation, but the workload had grown and the operations needed more hands-on attention—tenant communication, maintenance coordination, leasing, and the ongoing details that keep homes performing.
That transition became the starting point for our company. From day one, we kept our focus on the fundamentals: staying organized, responding quickly, coordinating repairs with trusted local contractors, and keeping owners informed.
Today, we manage single-family homes across Detroit, including Section 8 and traditional rentals. Our approach is built on transparency clear communication, honest updates, and straightforward reporting so owners always know what’s happening at their property and why.
